Rewardo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair any server, or the network(s) connected to any server. You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the app, or any other systems or networks connected to the app or to any Rewardo server, or to any of the services offered on or through the app, by hacking, password “mining”, or any other illegitimate means.
You agree not to upload, post, share, or otherwise distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, harassing, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, any content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; exploits people in a sexual or violent manner; contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter; provides instructional information about illegal activities; or promotes or encourages any acts of terrorism.
5. Responsibility for Third-Party Promotions
Rewardo provides a platform for businesses to create and manage their own loyalty programs and promotional offers. While we facilitate the connection between these businesses and users like yourself, Rewardo is not responsible for the management, execution, or oversight of any loyalty programs or promotions conducted by these businesses through our app.
It is the sole responsibility of each business to ensure that all aspects of their loyalty programs and promotions comply with applicable laws and regulations. Rewardo does not monitor, review, or enforce the terms and conditions of any loyalty programs or promotional offers created by businesses using our app.
Users participate in these programs and promotions at their own risk. Rewardo is not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of participation in such third-party loyalty programs or promotions. We encourage users to carefully review the terms and conditions of each program or offer before participation.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities: (i) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (ii) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the app; (iii) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
7. Content You Provide
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. However, by posting content to the app, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content globally as part of our service.
8. Third-Party Links
The app may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites or resources.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
Rewardo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny you access to the app and its services without notice if, in Rewardo’s sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions. This includes any use of the app that Rewardo deems harmful to others or to the operation of the app.
Upon suspension or termination, your right to utilize the services provided by the app will immediately cease, and we may remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information. Additionally, if your account is terminated, you may not be granted access to the app, your account details, or any files or other content contained in your account without the permission of Rewardo.
Violations of these Terms could also expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.
10. Disclaimers
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We expressly disclaim any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Rewardo, its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the app, any websites linked to it, any content on the app or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential,or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
